With over 40 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Paul can draw on a wealth of market experience in both the UK and further afield as well as on a wide range of contacts across the industry.

He has advised a wide range of lenders and has provided valuation advice on some of the UK’s most prominent buildings including the Broadgate complex in the City of London, the Aviva Tower and the Millennium Dome (O2 Arena). Later, with NARA, he saw the other side of the coin as banks sought to recover loans following the market collapse in 2007/8. Other areas in a varied portfolio include fund management and strategic property advice.

Since becoming an independent consultant he has concentrated on strategic property advice particularly for property owners with a portfolio of properties who are seeking to maximise the value and efficiency of the buildings they use. He also advises practitioners in the field of valuation.
